SALUCCA NEXTGEN
The Next Generation Deserves A Microphone
NextGen is our youth initiative — a growing platform where young creators explore media, tell their own stories, and build the confidence to speak up in any room. We're still building it. You can help shape what it becomes.
CO-FOUNDER
Meet Amy Meinster
Amy leads Salucca's Youth and Family Division — and the belief behind itis simple:teach them to create, not just consume.
Kids today are growing up surrounded by social media, YouTube, podcasts, influencers, likes, and a constant stream of content. As parents, we can't pretend that world doesn't exist — but we can help shape how our kids participate in it.
Amy is building programs where kids learn content creation, podcasting, entrepreneurship, communication, on-camera confidence, and responsible social media use — real-world skills taught in a real studio, alongside people who do this for a living.
Most importantly, we want them to understand that technology and social media can be tools for creativity and opportunity — not measures of self-worth.
WHAT IT'S BUILT ON
Four Things Every Young Creator Gets Here
Voice
Podcasting and on-camera experience that teaches young people how to think out loud, ask better questions, and hold a real conversation.
Craft
Media production, editing, storytelling, and design — the skills behind everything they already watch every day.
Mentorship
Time with working creators and business owners who show what a career in media and communication actually looks like.
Community
A creative space where curiosity is normal, ideas get made, and confidence is built by doing — not by being told.
HOW A MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Where We're Heading Next
Nothing here is finished — and that's the point. These are the directions we're actively developing as NextGen grows.
01
Hands-on studio experiences
Real cameras, real microphones, real sets — guided by the same team that produces for our clients.
02
School & organization partnerships
Collaborations with schools, youth groups, and community organizations in the Langhorne area and beyond.
03
Student-led shows
Series created, hosted, and produced by young people, with our crew supporting behind the scenes.
04
Workshops & showcases
Sessions on storytelling, public speaking, and production, ending with work the community can actually see.
